Background: Non Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is the fourth most common malignancy in childhood. Chemotherapy constitutes the first line treatment and may cause several endocrine side effects (growth retardation, hypergonadotrophic hypogonadism, bone mass loss and rarely secondary malignancy).
